A s a volunteer shop assistant, I developed strong customer service, communication, and teamwork skills by helping customers, working with others, and keeping the shop floor organised, operated the till and managed and displayed stock. This experience taught me how to stay efficient, adaptable, and focused in a fast-paced environment—skills that I believe are perfect for a role at JD.
