My name is Sirjana Gurung, and I have over 20 years of experience working in fast-paced catering environments. I started my career as a Catering Assistant and worked my way up to Supervisor at The Yakitori Company, where I led teams, maintained high hygiene standards, and supported staff training and development. I'm highly organised, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
