Began career as a chef in the role of kitchen porter at East Midlands Airport, where I
quickly discovered that I thrived in a busy high pressure environment. Since then, I have
pursued a career in Hospitality as a Chef De Partie/Sous Chef and gained valuable
experience working at several popular and well known cafes and restaurants. I am
looking to gain further new skills and enhance my knowledge in order to progress
myself professionally as a Chef.
