I have been working in customer service for 10 months now so have experience in dealing with all types of customers. I am able to efficiently help customers with every request they have and or direct them to an appropriate member of staff if needed. I am also a mum of a 3 year old therefore have a lot of skills in patience, empathy, understanding what people are looking for and compromising. I've had to deal with many unsatisfied customers as being a front of house staff member but always go above and beyond to ensure they leave with a smile on there face and are satisfied with the service they have received.
