My name is Zoia Ali, and I’m an enthusiastic and dedicated individual with a passion for learning, communication, and helping others. I thrive in environments where I can engage with people from diverse backgrounds, and I bring a strong work ethic, adaptability, and a positive attitude to every role I take on.
I’ve built experience in various customer-focused roles, including customer service, cashiering, reception work, and volunteering. These experiences have strengthened my skills in communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and organisation. I’ve consistently received positive feedback for my ability to stay calm under pressure, resolve issues effectively, and connect with clients and colleagues in a respectful, helpful way.
I’m also pursuing a career in law and will be starting my LLB Law degree at Aston University in September 2024. This ambition drives my interest in roles that help me build professionalism, responsibility, and strong interpersonal skills.
