About

I am Teodora Pricop, 17 years old, looking to re-enter in the world of customer service. Currently I also attend West Suffolk College every Wednesday, Thursday and Friday studying Psychology and Health Level 3. I wish to be a psychologist so I can help individuals struggling, which is also why currently I am looking for employment in customer service as I enjoy helping people when I know how, and if I don’t, I am eager to learn my mistakes so I can ensure it won’t happen again. I have had a bit of experience in this part of work as I worked at Sainsbury’s for a few months where I helped customers who were struggling to find the items they needed, stocked the shelves and helped change stock for holidays and sales like Halloween and the winter sale. Additionally I also have a bit of work experience in Abbots Green Academy where I overlooked children during break times, assisted teachers with any work and also assisted children if they didn’t understand the assignment. On occasion there were a few children who were struggling and therefore were reached separately one-on-one with the teacher and sometimes myself. These experiences have provided me a multitude of skills to prepare me for my next career such as observation from supervising the children, customer service, communication and confidence as well as many others.
