About
Having worked in the catering industry throughout my adult life as a chef manager, senior relief manager for local authorities and B&I, I left the UK to live in Southwest Turkiye with my wife, I ran a small but successful home bakery service, producing traditional yeasted breads, sourdough breads and cake, buns, doughnuts scones etc serving the local expat communities.
I returned to the UK due to relationship break down, I have been caring for my elderly mother who passed away recently and do now I have the time to comit to work, and am looking for full or oart time employment.
