I am Zahrah Ghafoor, I like to go out shopping a lot, One of my favourite things to do either by myself sometimes you need that alone time to chill and relax or with family and friends, you need that talking with each other and have a laugh. I like to also go out on walks that aswell either myself or with someone just enjoy quiet walks, get outside enjoy some fresh air and love exploring and connect with nature. My experience working in a dessert shop has been really good, Prepared and served a wide range of desserts, including cakes, pastries, ice cream, and specialty items. Managed inventory and ensured the freshness of ingredients to maintain high-quality standards. Provided exceptional customer service by taking orders, addressing inquiries, and resolving complaints. Maintained a clean and organised workspace, adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations. Collaborated with team members to create new and exciting dessert offerings for the menu. Same with working at Greggs, I worked hard to learn all required tasks quickly to maximise performance. Kept customer and food preparation areas clean and well-organised to maintain appearance and quality standards. Used strong communication skills to build positive customer relations, maintaining first-class company service and reputation. Maintained a clean and tidy workspace, ensuring all areas complied with hygiene standards and regulations.
