About
I’m an 18-year-old with GCSEs and A-Levels (currently awaiting results), looking to develop my career in retail or customer-focused roles. Over the years, I’ve gained valuable experience working in different environments that have helped me build strong organisational, communication, and teamwork skills.
Last Christmas, I worked as a mail sorter at Royal Mail, where I became comfortable with early mornings and fast-paced work during busy periods. I also worked as a sales associate at Clarks during the back-to-school and summer sales seasons, which gave me hands-on experience with customer service and an understanding of how to keep products looking their best. In sixth form, I volunteered as a reading buddy and library assistant for younger students and helped organise parents’ evenings, improving my event planning and communication skills. Additionally, I worked as an activity coordinator assistant at Whitefriars Nursing and Residential Home, supporting residents with daily activities and learning the importance of patience and empathy.
I’m particularly interested in roles where I can use my organisational skills, communication abilities, and fashion knowledge. I have a genuine passion for fashion and enjoy helping create neat and appealing displays. Outside of work, I enjoy reading, cooking, cleaning, and helping people whenever I can.
I believe my mix of practical experience and personal qualities makes me a reliable and motivated team member who’s eager to learn and contribute.
