We’re looking for a passionate and strategic Asset Management Product Manager to lead and support the rollout of our end-to-end Asset Management and Critical Environments Management (CEM) framework across the UK & Ireland.
Job Description
In this role, you’ll ensure alignment with the ISO55001 standard, drive consistent and high-quality outcomes, and deliver client-focused results—covering compliance, uptime, and service quality.
You’ll work closely with stakeholders to integrate the framework into ISS systems while ensuring it supports operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end UK&I Asset Management and CEM strategy
Ensure protocols and systems deliver consistent outcomes
Act as central SME and key contact for strategic providers
Support asset and CEM solutions in mobilisations
Provide training and mentoring across the technical team
Drive consistency in processes and methodologies
Support innovation and delivery of technical FM solutions
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
Strong teamworking and problem-solving skills
Solid background in Asset Management and Critical Environments
Confident, knowledgeable leader with collaborative approach
Commercially aware with enterprise thinking
Experienced in managing complex projects
