A Typical Day at Work:
- Welcoming customers into the store with a friendly attitude.
- Assisting customers in finding the products they need and offering expert advice.
- Participating in product training to enhance your knowledge.
- Maintaining store presentation and inventory levels.
- Contributing to establishing a pleasant shopping atmosphere.
- You might be asked to open and close the store and be a key-holder.
Daily Activities:
- Greet customers warmly and respond to their inquiries.
- Showcase and recommend products based on customer needs.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Support store merchandising to ensure products are displayed attractively.
- Collect and share customer feedback to improve services.
- Help keep the stock organized and adequately replenished.
- Engage with the team to foster a positive working environment.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Strong passion for customer service and a love for kitchenware.
- Previous retail or sales experience is preferred.
- Goal-oriented with a strong desire to meet sales targets.
- A friendly, approachable demeanour and a team player mindset.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable using technology and point-of-sale systems.
- You must be over 18 years of age due to key-holder duties.
