Lead Operations Manager – Salary circa £50.0000 (depending on skills and experience)

We have an amazing opportunity at Aviva to become a Lead Operations Manager in our Partnerships team.
A bit about the job:
Reporting directly to the Head of Partnership Operations, this position is crucial in driving and delivering the Operations Strategy, including onboarding new partners and overseeing migration programs. This role also provides significant input in shaping and supporting our Digital agenda and ensuring brilliant service delivery through strategic management of contact support, workflow, and resource planning. The role requires the ability to articulate complex issues clearly and concisely to aid decision-making and drive change activities. Planning up to 12 months ahead, the role holder will anticipate the needs of customers, banking partners, and regulatory changes while meeting the objectives of our Strategic Priorities. You’ll be responsible for 12-15 leaders and their team which is altogether around 100-150 people.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience in motivating and inspiring teams to achieve outstanding results
- Previous experience in running large teams
- Expertise in making informed resourcing decisions
- Demonstrated experience in implementing improvements and driving change based on customer experience and insights
- Accountability for delivering the required conduct, risk, and customer outcomes
