In this role, your enthusiasm and product knowledge will be essential as you engage with customers and ensure they have a wonderful experience in our store.
A Typical Day at Work:
- Greet customers in a warm and welcoming manner.
- Assist customers in selecting products that meet their needs.
- Share your knowledge of our product range and promote special offers.
- Maintain the store’s cleanliness and organization.
- Prepare displays and ensure the sales floor is stocked and inviting.
Daily Activities:
- Welcome each customer like a friend.
- Demonstrate our products and share your enthusiasm for cooking.
- Process sales transactions and assist with customer inquiries.
- Ensure the store is visually appealing and well-maintained.
- Suggest improvements based on customer feedback.
- Manage stock levels and assist with inventory when needed.
- Support teammates with various tasks to ensure smooth store operations.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Passionate about providing excellent customer service.
- Experience in retail or a related field is helpful.
- Motivated by achieving sales targets and making a positive impact.
- A friendly and approachable team player.
- Strong listening skills to understand customer needs.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Comfortable using technology and point-of-sale systems.
