A bit about the job:
The Head of Advisor Distribution is responsible for leading a national team focused on handling and developing relationships with key intermediary distributors across the UK. This role plays a critical part in delivering Aviva’s Wealth distribution strategy by identifying and implementing commercial opportunities that drive new business growth and enhance market share across our Wealth propositions, including Pension, Bond, GIA, and ISA products. The successful candidate will ensure the implementation of a market leading relationship management and contact strategy, while delivering exceptional commercial results. This position requires close collaboration with internal and external partners to ensure alignment with our broader business objectives.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
Consistent track record of leading high-performing sales or distribution teams in the Wealth sector
Deep understanding of Wealth distribution models, intermediary relationships, and regulation
Strong strategic planning, commercial foresight and stakeholder management skills
Experience in coaching, mentoring, and developing talent across diverse teams
Financial Services recognised qualification required, e.g. CII, CISI. Level 4 as a minimum; Chartered status (level 6) preferred

Starting salary between £120,000 and £150,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
Bonus opportunity – 25% of annual salary Actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva’s.
