We’re looking for a Sales Administrator to join our team in Kings Hill, West Malling. This is a permanent part-time contract. Working 10am to 2pm, Monday to Friday,
We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Part-Time Sales Support Administrator to play a key role in our supply chain operations. In this dynamic position, you'll help keep our procurement processes running smoothly by ensuring timely communication with suppliers, accurate record-keeping, and effective coordination of purchasing activities. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, has strong attention to detail, and is ready to support critical supply chain functions during core business hours
Responsibilities include:
- Process and manage purchase orders for goods and services in line with supply chain needs.
- Communicate with suppliers regarding lead times, order confirmations, and delivery schedules.
- Monitor stock levels and support replenishment planning
- Maintain and update 3PL stock records , resolve queries.
- Work closely with warehouse, logistics, and production teams to ensure alignment on supply needs.
- Assist in resolving invoice discrepancies by coordinating with the finance team and vendors.
- Provide administrative support to Sales Support Team
- Prior experience in a procurement or supply chain administrative role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Prophet or ERP systems.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive and flexible approach to problem-solving.
Desirable
- Experience in a supply chain or logistics environment.
- Invoicing processes is an added advantage.
- Understanding of basic supply chain principles and procurement processes.
