Partnership Operations Manager
Location: Home-based with regular UK travel to sites

As a key member of the Health Clinics team, you’ll be the operational lead for our partnership centres—ensuring they deliver Bupa’s health assessments and primary care services in line with contractual obligations and our high standards of customer care.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Managing senior-level relationships with partner organisations.
- Driving financial, customer, quality, and regulatory performance across your region.
- Supporting day-to-day delivery and ensuring a consistent, high-quality customer experience.
- Monitoring performance metrics, including revenue, NPS, and compliance.
- Leading site visits, resolving escalated issues, and supporting business development opportunities.
How you will help us make health happen:
- Own and manage operational relationships with partner sites.
- Monitor and support financial performance, including revenue targets and capacity planning.
- Ensure compliance with Bupa policies, procedures, and clinical governance.
- Provide guidance on recruitment, training, and performance of clinical staff.
- Support the implementation of new services and IT systems (e.g. BOSS/Meddbase).
- Collaborate with internal teams and attend regular performance reviews with partners.
Qualifications & Experience:
To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
- Proven experience in a highly regulated environment, ideally within healthcare or a similar sector.
- Strong understanding of P&L drivers and experience managing complex budgets.
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to handle challenging conversations with external partners and suppliers.
- Experience coaching and supporting teams to improve performance.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience in a customer-facing environment, with a focus on service excellence.
- A self-driven, autonomous approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities across a national remit.
