As we continue to grow our Live-In Care service across Weston-super-Mare, Clevedon, and Burnham-on-Sea, we’re looking for warm, reliable, and compassionate individuals to join us as Live-In Care Professionals. Some placements are available immediately, and others will be part of our expanding care network—so flexibility is appreciated.
What Does a Live-In Care Professional Do?
You’ll live in a client’s home and support them with everyday tasks, helping them maintain independence, dignity, and joy in their daily life. Each day brings a new opportunity to make someone smile.
Your support may include:
- Personal care and toileting needs
- Medication reminders and support
- Shopping and preparing meals
- Light housekeeping and home help
- Companionship and emotional support
- Helping with hobbies, routines, and getting outdoors
- Assisting with mobility or using equipment if needed
You’ll typically work on a 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off rota (other patterns considered), and you’ll have a 2-hour break each day.
What You’ll Receive:
- Competitive weekly pay: £868 (single client) – £938 (couple)
- £35 weekly food allowance
- Up to £50 travel contribution per stay

Qualifications
Who We’re Looking For:
- Previous care experience (live-in care or similar)
- Kind, compassionate, and patient nature
- Flexible and reliable approach
- UK right to work (this is a UK-based role)
- Smartphone for logging and communication via our app
- Driver with own car – desirable but not essential
