Job Description
We are seeking a friendly and empathetic Client Services Representative to join our team in Ipswich, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our Clients and Care Professionals.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Client enquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Respond promptly and professionally to Client requests and questions
- Maintain accurate records on the care management system
- Conduct consultations with prospective Clients completing all relevant paperwork including needs assessments and risk assessments.
- Create Client care plans ensuring all information is relevant and kept updated
- Conduct quality assurance visits and service reviews.
- Introduce our Care Professionals to new Clients before start of service.
- Complete any client care visits where needed
- Take part in our out of hours oncall on a rota basis.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach
- Proficiency in using all relevant computer applications
- Exceptional time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Keen attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work
- Excellent listening skills and the capacity to empathise with Clients
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong team player with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across departments
- Must have some previous experience within the care sector.
Additional Information
All applicants must reside in the Ipswich, Felixstowe or Woodbridge areas and must have access to their own vehicle.
This position would suit a carer or senior carer looking to progress.
