About The Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced, highly motivated and talented person to join our team in this key supervisory management position within the Hampshire Futures service, supporting our statutory NEET (Not in Education, Employment and Training) duties through this role as Team Coordinator.
Hampshire Futures is part of the Participation & Lifelong Learning service, within Hampshire County Council’s Children’s Services Directorate.
This key position holds the responsibility for managing a team of staff who work directly with young people to prevent them becoming NEET and with those who are NEET to secure positive destinations. You will have extensive experience of working with and supporting young people and have the ability to ensure the team provide personalised support and guidance, that has real impact. You will work as part of a team to ensure the Service meets its obligations to complete its statutory NEET and September Guarantee data returns.
