A bit about the job:
This role is all about connecting with financial advisers and showing the value Aviva brings to their business. Part of the Advised Platform Sales team, this position plays a key role in growing and retaining platform assets. Working alongside Platform Account Consultants, Investment Specialists, and other teams, the role helps shape adviser plans, lead initiatives, and strengthen the adviser experience. It also involves supporting the development of Business Development Managers and contributing to wider team success.
Please note: the role requires frequent and regular visits to our Sheffield office, so applicants should be based within a reasonable distance or willing to travel.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
- QCF Level 4 qualification in financial planning is essential
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with confidence engaging a variety of stakeholders
- Proven business development and relationship-building experience, including mentoring or coaching others
- Excellent planning and organisational strengths, with the flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities
- Commercial awareness and the ability to interpret financial data and trends effectively

- Starting salary between £57,000 - £62,000 (depending on skills, experience, and qualifications)
- Bonus opportunity: 8% (C grade) of annual salary - actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva’s.
