Overview of the role
Phoenix enables digital transformation in the workplace, empowering UK organisations to innovate and transform with cloud and hybrid infrastructures, data, AI, security, and collaboration tools.
We are now looking for an administrator on a part-time basis who will support the management, implementation and development of compliance tasks and projects such as ISO standards and GDPR.
What will you be doing?
- Assist with the maintenance and development of International Organization for Standardisation (ISO) standards
- Assist with compliance towards the industry recognised frameworks and methodologies
- Research, develop and maintain operating procedures and processes relating to relevant laws and legislations and industry’s standards including but not limited to ISO 27001, ISO 9001, ISO 20000, ISO 14001, ISO 22301
- Work with members of management to create strategies and processes related to all areas of governance, risk management and compliance
- Perform audits based on regulatory and internal requirements.
- Assist with the operational running of all company ISO standards, GDPR, Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery and Audit functions
- Support with responding to various bids and tender due diligence questionnaires

What are we looking for?
- Prior experience in an administrative role
- A basic awareness and understanding of ISO regulatory standards
- A basic awareness and understanding of GDPR
- A basic understanding of the identification, mitigation and management of risk and security
- Excellent communications skills
- Business-level writing and documentation skills
- Excellent analytical skills

This role is located at our HQ in Pocklington (YO42)
How part-time?
This role is part of a job share and is to work 2 days per week (Thursday & Friday)
