The Air Conditioning Engineer will deliver air conditioning and building services engineering maintenance across a range of client properties within the designated region.
With a focus on quality and reliability, the role involves fault finding, repairs, routine maintenance, and installations, all within an Air Conditioning bias.

Key Responsibilities
Perform PPM, reactive and installation works on AC/HVAC systems to required standards
Diagnose faults, carry out repairs, and undertake basic electrical fault finding
Monitor and manage contractors, including issuing Permits to Work
Ensure all work meets H&S regulations and documentation is accurately maintained
Maintain performance standards for all AC/HVAC equipment and areas
Provide a professional and customer-focused service at all times
Proactively liaise with clients and suggest service improvements
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
City & Guilds 2079 or CITB J11 in Safe Handling of Refrigerants
NVQ 2/3 or City & Guilds in AC, Heating & Ventilation or Service & Maintenance
IPAF/PASMA and Full UK Driving Licence required
Electrical qualifications preferred
Strong AC/HVAC maintenance, installation, and fault-finding experience
Proven FM/building services background in commercial settings
Experienced in working to strict Health & Safety standards
