Job Title: Occupational Therapist – Southwark

Pay Rate: £31.01 per hour
Liquid Personnel is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our esteemed client, Intermediate Care Southwark (ICS). This role is part of a multidisciplinary and integrated health and social care service, where the Occupational Therapist will support residents in Southwark to recover, achieve their goals, and maximise their independence. Ideally, candidates will have experience working in a Reablement service. This is a full-time position, covering for a permanent staff member during their secondment, and is primarily office-based.
Responsibilities:
- Assess and support residents’ recovery and independence.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Utilize reablement strategies and rehabilitation techniques.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and social care teams.
- Monitor and adjust care plans as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of assessments and interventions.

Qualifications:
- Degree in Occupational Therapy.
- HCPC registration.
