Job Description:
Liquid Personnel is recruiting for an Adult Social Worker to join a friendly and dedicated team committed to delivering exceptional care to carry out all care management and safeguarding responsibilities in line with statutory duties, guided by the principles of Adult Social Care legislation.
Responsibilities :
- Manage a caseload of clients within the locality, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and interventions.
- Engage with local communities and organizations to build strong networks and resources that benefit service users.
- Work closely with healthcare providers, community organizations, and other stakeholders to coordinate services and resources.

Qualifications and Experience :
To be successful in this role, you must be registered with Social Work England, be eligible to work in the UK, and hold a full UK driving licence. You should also possess a degree-level qualification or equivalent in Social Work, along with relevant post-qualified experience.
