£48k - £53k DOE and location + 10% bonus + fantastic benefits
37.5 hours per week

In this role you will manage and deliver change projects and initiatives, ensuring tasks are defined, resourced and effectively managed, including scoping, planning, managing and implementing innovative and successful solutions.
How you’ll help us make health happen:
- Drive and manage the successful delivery of projects and initiatives
- Work closely and ensure early involvement with the product and delivery teams and key suppliers
- Draft project mandates, estimate costs and resource requirements, produce project briefs and initiation documents to ensure that all work is accurately sized
- Create and manage optimised project plans, budgets, critical success factors and key milestones for all projects
- Identify and manage project risks, issues and dependencies and manage change holistically
- Facilitate successful service introduction through the delivery of appropriate documentation and deliverables which will allow successful post implementation support
- Contribute to the management and control of the procurement and tendering processes for services and solutions
Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:
- Have strong knowledge and expertise in business and/or IT project management and be able to manage multiple project work streams and activities
- A track record in successfully delivering projects up to £1million, managing a number of project staff within an enterprise/corporate environment
- Experience of working in a product environment, delivering projects aligned to the product model.
- Experience of working in an Agile environment and the using agile methods, such as Scrum, Kanban or SAFe
- Have an excellent understanding and knowledge of the full project lifecycle and have project management experience; within a recognised project management methodology (e.g. Prince2, Agile, SDLC;)
- Demonstrate good stakeholder management skills across a wide range of different stakeholders
- Be proficient in risk, resource and cost management.
