Job Description:
Administrator/Operational Support Advisor – Mental Health, Wellbeing Services
Home-based, with occasional travel to either Salford Quays M50 3SP or Angel Court London EC2R 7HJ
Permanent. Full time, 37.5 hours per week. Monday to Friday on shifts between 07:00-20:00 and 1 weekend in every 6 (Get 2 weekdays off when working the weekend)
£25,000 per annum + fantastic benefits

You’ll make health happen by:
Supporting Bupa EAP, a leading provider of counselling services and Employee Assistance Programmes.
Working with in-house Counsellors, Mental Wellbeing Practitioners, CBT Therapists, and Psychologists.
Booking, rescheduling, and cancelling mental health appointments.
Managing training, updating client files, and handling data input.
Processing invoices and resolving invoicing queries.
Making payments to third parties and managing projects.
Providing MI data and handling ad-hoc queries.
Adhering to Bupa's products, policies, and procedures.
Supporting other teams and meeting tight Service Level Agreements.
Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:
PC literate with good knowledge of Windows packages.
Excellent communication skills.
Adaptable, flexible, and eager to learn.
Experience or interest in healthcare or mental health.
Strong drive, empathy, compassion, enthusiasm, and self-motivation.
Ability to respond rapidly and decisively.
Proven customer service experience.
