We are looking for an Allocations Administration Assistant to join our amazing team on a part-time basis (14.8 hours per week).
We own and manage c.7,500 homes in the east of England, working closely with other agencies and stakeholders within our communities. We build on the good foundations we have in place in being a customer-centric organisation, investing in our existing homes - including our zero-carbon journey - as well as building new homes.

Please note, this role is on an initial 6 month FTC and is part-time (14.8 hours per week).
Outline of Key Responsibilities...
- Answer queries by telephone, email, CRM and post from residents and other stakeholders
- Scanning and the uploading of documents, updating of databases, spread sheets
- Meeting the corporate objectives and performance targets in accordance with Havebury’s policies and procedures.
- Process dwelling or garage termination forms received from Residents / Next of Kin
- Manage garage mutual exchanges, and decants for garage tenants who need to be transferred to an alternative garage due to garage defects
- Liaising with the Voids team with respect to finalising and completing works on empty dwellings and garages
- Liaising with the Aids and Adaptions team in connection with the feasibility of adaptions for shortlisted applicants

- A positive and approachable manner
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams
- Experience in answering telephone and email queries efficiently and promptly to enhance customer service experience, with a ‘Right First Time’ approach
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and experience of working in partnership and collaborating across the business
- Exceptional organisational skills
- A natural desire to assist and be patient with residents and colleagues
- An ability to work unsupervised, under pressure whilst delivering an excellent service
