Job Title: Social Worker – Adult Safeguarding Team

Pay Rate: £33.76 per hour
Job Description:
Liquid Personnel is recruiting a committed and experienced Adult Social Worker for it client’s Adult Safeguarding Team located at Southwark.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in protecting vulnerable adults from abuse, neglect and exploitation, ensuring their safety and well-being.
What will your responsibilities be?
- Conduct thorough assessments of adults at risk to identify safeguarding concerns.
- Develop, implement, and review safeguarding plans in collaboration with clients and other professionals.
- Investigate allegations of abuse and neglect, ensuring appropriate actions are taken.
- Work closely with clients, their families, and other stakeholders to provide support and advocacy.
- Maintain accurate and detailed case records and documentation.
- Participate in multi-agency meetings and case conferences.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on safeguarding matters to colleagues and other professionals.
- Stay updated on legislation, policies, and best practices related to adult safeguarding.

Qualifications & Experience:
To be successful in this role you must have,
- Social Work England registration
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Hold a full UK driving licence
- Post-qualified experience
- Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
