Job Title: Occupational Therapist – Review Team

Pay Rate: £32.00 per hour
Job Description:
Liquid Personnel have an exciting opportunity to pilot the innovative, specialist skills of an Occupational Therapist within the Review Team for its client at Islington. This role is ideal for a proactive and experienced Occupational Therapist who is passionate about person-centred care and improving outcomes for adults in the community.
What will your responsibilities be?
- Undertake strength-based reviews and assessments in line with the Care Act 2014
- Work collaboratively with service users, carers, and multi-disciplinary teams to promote independence
- Recommend and coordinate the provision of equipment and adaptations
- Contribute to service development and the piloting of new approaches within the Review Team
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with statutory requirements
Essential Qualifications & Experience
- Degree or Diploma in Occupational Therapy
- HCPC registration
- Experience working in adult social care settings
- Strong knowledge of relevant legislation, including the Care Act 2014
