We are seeking a support in the implementation of clear production processes within Primark ensuring all creative photography is delivered to the agreed critical path.

What You’ll Do:
In your role, you’ll collaborate with different people across a range of skillsets. Here’s a flavour of your day-to-day:

Work closely with the Studio Team and Samples Team to support a cohesive workflow across all creative photography.
Understand the wide range of creative requirements for both internal and external shoots.
Support all creative teams in working to the critical path and delivering artwork on schedule.
Assist the wider team in producing internal creative shoots ensuring all production aspects are considered.
Use understanding of product and the brand to flag any production or samples issues prior to shoot.
Build strong working relationships with third parties and communicate with them as required throughout the production process.
Liaise with product business to manage rack-up dates ahead of shoots, in line with critical path.
Work closely with the wider Production Team to ensure products, proformas and bibles are collated and approved in a timely manner.

What You’ll Bring

2+ years’ experience in a Production based role.
Good IT skills – proficient with the Microsoft Office suite, particularly PowerPoint and excel.
Process driven with an exceptional eye for detail.
Experience of working in a fast-paced Fashion Retail environment.
Fashion forward, product aware and Fashion Communications savvy.
