Online Store Operation & User Experience Specialist:
1. Campaign Operation:
a) Campaign Plan & Execution based on new product launching roadmap & current running models & important local dates communication
b) Campaign details briefing (product offer, promotion time period, etc.) to team members such as marketing and copyrighting & design for marketing materials preparation & traffic plan
c) System operation such as configuration, problem feedback and follow-up, optimization feedback and following-up
2. Routine Operation:
a) Cross-department communication and coordination especially with e-commerce finance/service/warehouse & delivery, etc.
b) Weekly meeting organization and preparation:
i. Sales performance report preparation such as revenue, target achievement rate, focus model performance, etc.
ii. Market competition collection
iii. Meeting minutes preparation and To-Do-List follow-up
c) Seek opportunity to work with external partners and HUAWEI own media channels to improve customer satisfaction & demand
d) Relay customer feedback to the Product team
e) Assessing the content needs, making recommendations, and following the content syndication opportunities
f) Ensure that operations are in legal compliance with local and national regulations
g) Oversee inventory management practices and improve them when necessary
h) Assist the operations manager in developing, planning, and coordinating operational activities
i) Recommend new procedures for increasing the efficiency of day-to-day operations
Requirements
· Minimum 2 yearsof sales/product manager/account manager experiences in e-commerce (preferably in consumer electronics products)
· Bachelor's degree or above is must
· Fluency in English both written and spoken is must
· Sell-out and target driven mentality
· Excellent time management, organization and negotiating skills
· Effective interpersonal communication skills
· Excellent business intelligence skills
· Highly analytical and detail-oriented with strong report skills
· An exceptional teammate with the ability to lead complex initiatives without direct authority
