Duties & Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.
• Lead the development of innovative marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify market trends, consumer insights, and competitive intelligence to inform marketing strategies.
• Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives.
• Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, including advertising materials, promotional materials, and digital content.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders or existing customers, including vendors, media partners, and industry influencers.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in luxury marketing.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote brand awareness and networking opportunities.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. MBA preferred.
• Proven track record of success in commercial marketing leadership roles, with at least 7-10 years of high experience.
• Extensive experience in luxury marketing, preferably within the luxury retail sector.
Note:
• Arabic male preferred, with fluency in both Arabic and English.
• Immediate availability to join locally in Qatar or overseas within one (1) month.
• Salary depends upon experience and can be discussed at time of interview.
