Job Title: Social Worker – Care Management

Pay Rate: £44.59 per hour
Job Description:
Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for an experienced Social Worker to join it client’s Care Management Team at the beautiful Isle of Man. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a unique location with excellent support and benefits.
What will your responsibilities be?
- Undertake assessments, care planning, and reviews in line with statutory requirements.
- Work collaboratively with service users, families, and multi-disciplinary teams.
- Manage a caseload of complex cases with a person-centred approach.
- Ensure timely and accurate record-keeping and reporting.

Qualifications & Experience:
To be successful in this role you must have,
- Social Work England registration (SW registered).
- Recent UK experience in a similar role.
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
- Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and safeguarding procedures.
