Job Description:
Liquid Personnel is recruiting Children’s Social Worker to join its client’s Connected Carers team based in Seaham.
What will your responsibilities be?
In this role, you will,
- Complete Reg 24 viability assessments on a duty rota.
- Undertake full Connected Carers assessments.
- Provide supervision and support to Connected Carers.
- Carry out review processes for Connected Carers placements.
- Deliver a statutory social work service in line with current legislation and Northumberland County Council procedures.
- Maintain accurate and timely case records and reports.
- Participate in regular supervision and reflective practice.
- Contribute to a positive team culture, sharing knowledge and supporting colleagues.

Qualifications & Experience:
To be successful in this role you must have,
- Social Work England registration
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Hold a full UK driving licence
- Post-qualified experience
- Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
