As a Regional Manager, you’ll have the critical job of maintaining shop standards and driving commerciality within a specific region of Waitrose shops. Helping to ensure that every customer has an exceptional shopping experience and using your outstanding leadership skills to inspire and develop Partners.

As a Regional Manager, you won't just be overseeing a team, you'll be theheartbeat of our regional growth and development. You'll genuinelyinvest in your Partners, guiding and mentoring them to achieve operational excellence and deliver nothing short of outstanding brand standards and customer service . Your role will be to help them reach their full potential, ensuring consistent high performance, implementation and execution of our plans as well as using data and insight to grow and improve your regional performance .
Beyond the day to day, you'll be the one to spark our community presence, you'll collaborate as part of the retail leadership team to help shape our strategic vision. You will inspire your team to truly embody our core values. This role is so much more than just operations, you'll be absolutely crucial in bringing our strategic direction for Retail, ultimately inspiring and optimising the future of retail. And finally, you'll be leading the charge on transformational change, making a real difference to our culture and financial performance across the entire Region as part of the John Lewis Partnership.

Key responsibilities:
Drive growth and continuously raise the bar for performance across all your locations.
- Lead your group of stores to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain excellent operational standards.
- Develop and mentor our Store Managers, giving them the tools and support they need to succeed and thrive.
Oversee financial performance, refining operations, making smart adjustments to boost results.
Build a customer first culture in every store, ensuring each visit is an amazing experience.
Work as part of of the wider retail leadership team to develop and implement the retail strategy
