For the expansion of our team, we are seeking to hire in Manchester a dynamic and motivated Logistics Specialist to work 5 to 6 hours per day.
Main responsibilities:
1. Inbound Logistics
- Receive and inspect incoming equipment and spare parts, verifying documentation and logging any damage or discrepancies.
- Register all incoming materials in Oracle and ensure proper tagging and labeling.
2. Warehouse & Inventory Management
- Store materials in designated locations and maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts.
- Ensure proper stock segregation and support reordering by monitoring stock levels.
3. Internal Material Flow
- Pick and deliver parts for repair orders, ensuring FIFO and traceability.
- Track material usage and manage the return and reallocation of unused parts.
4. Outbound Logistics
- Prepare and pack repaired units for shipment, ensuring correct documentation and compliance with transport standards.
- Coordinate with carriers for timely dispatch and resolve any logistics issues.
5. Systems & Compliance
- Record all material movements in Oracle and maintain accurate, auditable records.
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Experience in logistics and warehouse management in a similar role.
- Good communication skills en english.
- Microsoft office proficiency.
- ERP/Oracle knowledge are a plus.
