You’ll be confident in your abilities, with a proven track record in delivering outstanding food and drink experiences, and able to strike the perfect balance between professionalism and personability.
This multifaceted role demands a unique blend of leadership skills, deep operational knowledge, and an eye for detail. You’ll be responsible for overseeing the entire food and beverage department, ensuring every culinary creation and beverage served meets the highest standards.
Your strong grasp of health and safety regulations will help you champion a safe and compliant environment, while your ability to inspire and lead will drive your team to deliver exceptional customer service.
In addition, your advanced working knowledge of stock control, ordering processes, and stocktake analysis will be key in supporting our mission to become the UK’s most loved Casinos.
Qualifications
- Experience as a General Manager, Assistant Manager, or F&B manager in a reputable branded or independent food and beverage organisation
- A good level of knowledge of the food and beverage industry
- Minimum level 3 food safety. (Either current or expired)
- A real passion for delivering the highest standards and experience to customers
