Nursery Cleaner/Housekeeper

Our nursery is a beautiful lnew purpose nursery building and has extensive gardens for the children to explore. We are very proud to be rated 5 by environmental health 

We are looking for a nursery cleaner to work alongside our busy childcare team, the role would include general cleaning in a variety of rooms including bathrooms ensuring exceptionally high quality clean spaces for our children to use.

This position is for 15/20  hours per week across 5 days working in the evening.

Ideally you will have previous cleaning experience and experience in cleaning a childcare setting would be beneficial but not essential.

Nursery Cleaner main duties and responsibilities*:

• Maintain a safe, clean, and healthy environment.
• Adhere to all Nursery policies and procedures.
• Always meet health and safety and environmental health requirements

Nursery Cleaner requirements and skills:

• Knowledge of cleaning processes and COSH – desirable
• Over 1 year’s experience of working as a cleaner – desirable.
