We are excited to announce a fantastic opportunity for skilled and experienced support workers to join our dedicated and growing team. We are seeking compassionate and knowledgeable individuals to provide exceptional care for our client in her home environment.

We are looking for candidates with a background in supporting individuals with complex health needs. Ideal applicants will be dynamic, energetic, and highly motivated, possessing a robust personality suited to this rewarding role.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Personal Support: Assist with all activities of daily living, ensuring our client's safety and well-being.
  • Therapeutic Relationship: Build and nurture a strong therapeutic relationship to help her achieve her therapeutic goals.
  • Rehabilitative Support: Work closely with treating therapists to implement her rehabilitation program.
  • Social Facilitation: Enable participation in social activities, promoting a fulfilling and meaningful life.
  • Holistic Care: Support all aspects of her life, from physical care to psychological well-being.

Qualifications and Attributes:

  • Proven experience in supporting individuals with complex health needs.
  • Bright, energetic, and motivated with a quick-thinking and adaptable mindset.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals.
  • Commitment to maximizing the client's physical and psychological health and promoting her safety.
  • Experience with PEG feeding
  • An NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent is desirable. Otherwise, the applicant must be willing to undertake Care Certificate training.
  • A full driving license is essential.

Working Hours:

36 Hours per week

Shifts are on a rota system, including mornings, evenings and nights

Rates of Pay:

Weekdays: £17.00 per hour

Weekends: £19.00 per hour

Seep In: £12.21 per hour

Bank Holidays: Double Pay

All posts are subject to an enhanced DBS disclosure with adult and child workforce barring. Full training will be provided
