Our client, a well-established engineering company, is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team. This is a fully office-based role, where you will be responsible for handling inbound calls and providing excellent customer support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for customers, answering inbound calls and resolving queries efficiently.
- Support customers using SharePoint, MS Teams, Windows, and eCommerce platforms.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and effective issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within CRM systems.
- Assist with technical troubleshooting related to digital platforms and software.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in a Customer Service Advisor or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of SharePoint, MS Teams, Windows, and eCommerce platforms.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced office environment.
- A proactive and customer-focused approach with strong attention to detail.
