What is a ghd Customer Service Advisor?

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the champion of delivering a best-in-class customer experience. Serving as the first point of contact for ghd customers, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and ensuring a seamless end-to-end journey for each customer.

What does the role involve?

Customer Service: You will be the first point of contact for ghd Customers and aim to provide best-in-class support with general customer queries, returns, warranty and more aiming to provide a memorable customer service experience. 


Communication: Demonstrates clear, professional, and concise communication across all channels, ensuring customers feel valued and understood while maintaining a positive brand image.
