Early Years Practitioner

Make a difference to children's development from a young age as an Early Years Practitioner in an inclusive and vibrant nursery located in Crystal Palace.    
     
The suitable Early Years Practitioner should hold a Level 2 or 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years, and previous experience working in a childcare setting would be desirable. This is a full time position to work Monday-Friday.

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will be:        

• Following the EYFS curriculum to assist children with the development of early reading and early maths skills    
• Supporting children with their personal, social and emotional development      
• Using your knowledge of early childhood development and will have excellent understanding of EYFS  
• Supporting and assisting with early reading, vocabulary, literacy and communication development      
• Able to work collaboratively within a team and have strong communication and interpersonal skills  
• Carrying out observations and tracking/assessing children's progress and development

This is a permanent position to start ASAP, and is very rewarding as you'll be making a real difference to a child's early development. Salary from £24k-£30k per annum, and the role is 40 hours per week but can be flexible.
