We’re on the lookout for a dedicated Early Years Level 3 Practitioner to become part of our warm and welcoming team at The Worcester Park Day Nursery. Located on Capstone Road in Gillingham, Prima Montessori Nursery is situated on the Elm Court Estate, offering ample parking spaces. Rated "Good" by Ofsted (July 2022).

Salary - £27,601.60 per annum -Hours - 40

Your Role as a Nursery Practitioner:

As a valued member of our team, you’ll:

• Create engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences
• Ensure EYFS standards are met with care and creativity
• Promote a clean, safe, and nurturing environment
• Build strong bonds with children and families through our key person approach
• Collaborate with your team in regular meetings and ongoing development

As Nursery Practitioner, you will need:

• Full and relevant Level 3 childcare qualification - essential
• Fluent in written and spoken English - essential
• Over 1 years’ experience of working in Early Years - desirable
• Knowledge of the Statutory framework for the EYFS and regulatory requirements - desirable
