We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic HR Administrator to join our dynamic Operations team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our HR workflow, contributing to a positive employee experience from recruitment through to off-boarding.
1. Recruitment Support:
Assist with the end-to-end recruitment process, including drafting and posting job advertisements on various platforms.
Manage applicant tracking systems, ensuring all candidate data is up-to-date and accurate.
Schedule interviews, send confirmations, and manage candidate correspondence.
Conduct initial screening of resumes against defined criteria.
Coordinate pre-employment checks.
Assist with company Work Experience and Internship Schemes.
2. Onboarding & Offboarding:
Prepare new hire paperwork and ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
Assist with the creation and delivery of new employee induction materials and schedules.
Coordinate IT setup and workspace preparation for new starters.
Support the offboarding process.
3. Contracts & Documentation:
Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and other HR-related documents under guidance.
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in compliance with data protection regulations.
Ensure all HR documentation is filed correctly and accessible when required.
4. Policy & Compliance Support:
Assist in communicating HR policies and procedures to employees.
Support in researching and updating HR policies to ensure compliance with current employment law.
Help maintain the HR information system (HRIS) with accurate employee data.
5. HR Administration & General Support:
Prepare various HR reports and presentations as required.
Assist with HR projects and initiatives.
Manage HR department correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
Previous administrative experience, ideally within an office environment, is desirable but not essential.
Familiarity with HR concepts or a strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive, can-do attitude.
Salary: £30,000
