Job Description
Under the general direction of the Supervisor of Maintenance & Grounds, the incumbent is responsible for maintaining high standards of quality workmanship and customer service in order to keep university properties in a neat and presentable condition.
Required Qualifications
valid drivers license flexibility must maintain absolute confidentiality and privacy of information good communication skills effectively work independently knowledge and understanding of all facets of grounds keeping, greens keeping and horticulture
Preferred Qualifications
one to two years experience in maintenance operations at least 1 year as a supervisor or foreman.
