Conduct routine maintenance and inspections on electrical systems.
Diagnose and repair faults in machinery, circuits, and control panels.
Respond swiftly to electrical emergencies during the night shift.
Implement upgrades and modifications to improve system reliability.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards.
Maintain detailed records of all work carried out.
Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless handovers.
NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation/Maintenance (AM2).
BS7671 Wiring Regulations (current edition).
Inspection & Testing Certification (C&G 2391).
Minimum 3 years’ experience in industrial or manufacturing environments.
Previous night shift experience preferred.
Strong understanding of electrical systems and components.
Skilled in using diagnostic and testing tools.
Quick and effective problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of electrical safety codes and best practices.
Excellent communication and independent working skills.
Ability to work 10–12 hour night shifts.
Capable of lifting and moving tools/equipment.
Comfortable with extended periods of standing, walking, or bending.
