The Role


We are seeking an Office Manager with exceptional organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and a proactive, friendly approach to support our regional teams in Singapore and Hong Kong. This is a pivotal role that blends people operations, office administration, finance support, and event coordination, acting as the key bridge between our Asia-Pacific offices and our global HQ in London.

The ideal candidate will be a confident multitasker, comfortable managing a broad range of responsibilities, and able to foster smooth day-to-day operations while enhancing the employee experience. This role will be based in our Singapore office.


Key responsibilities include:


HR & People Operations

  • Act as the first point of contact for HR queries from staff in Singapore and Hong Kong.
  • Support recruitment processes (posting job ads, scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates).
  • Oversee employee and senior advisor onboarding and offboarding processes, including contracts, IT setup, and orientation.
  • Act as point of liaison with our external payroll and corporate service provider(s). 
  • Liaise with HQ (London) on HR policies and roll out local adaptations where necessary.

 

Office Administration

  • Manage liaison with office building management in all locations.
  • Organise travel arrangements, visas, and accommodation for staff when required.

 

Finance and Operations Support

  • Support budget tracking for the Singapore and Hong Kong offices.
  • Work with the finance team in London to ensure timely submission of financial documents.
  • Help with payroll coordination and benefits administration (working with external provider).
  • Supporting onboarding and ongoing procurement processes for clients
  • Help with expenses submissions as needed.

 

Events Support

  • Coordinate logistics for internal and external events (workshops, client receptions, conferences, team offsites).
  • Manage event budgets, liaising with venues, caterers, and suppliers.
  • Support senior consultants in planning client-facing events, ensuring professional standards.
  • Oversee invitations, RSVPs, and guest communications.
  • Ensure smooth delivery on the day (set-up, registration, troubleshooting) in Singapore only.

 

Team Operational Support

  • Provide operational support to senior colleagues and consultants.
  • Contribute to process improvements to make regional operations more efficient.
  • Serve as a bridge between the Singapore and Hong Kong teams and the global team in London.
