An award-winning CEO is seeking a highly capable, discreet, and proactive Office Manager & Personal Assistant to provide seamless support across both business and personal responsibilities.

This is a pivotal role for a sharp, organised professional who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and excels at anticipating needs before they arise. You will be the CEOs trusted right hand a confident multitasker who ensures everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

You will manage daily office operations, coordinate HR and administrative processes, oversee projects, and provide direct executive support to the CEO. From diary management and travel coordination to event planning and supplier liaison, you will handle a broad, varied workload with precision and care. Discretion, initiative, and attention to detail are essential you will act as a key gatekeeper and problem-solver, ensuring both the office and the CEOs personal affairs are managed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily office operations and liaise with service providers (IT, phones, maintenance).
  • Coordinate HR administration: recruitment, onboarding, training, and staff records.
  • Manage company budgets, orders, and communication across teams.
  • Lead scheduling, meeting coordination, and minute-taking with timely follow-ups.
  • Provide full executive PA support including diary, travel, and correspondence management.
  • Handle personal administration, supplier management, and lifestyle arrangements with absolute discretion.
  • Support company events, projects, and logistics during busy retail seasons.

What we are looking for:

  • Proven experience as a PA, EA, or Office Manager supporting a senior executive or high-profile individual.
  • Exceptional organisation and time management skills thrives under pressure.
  • Confident communicator and proactive problem-solver who takes ownership.
  • Strong Microsoft Office and digital platform skills.
  • Professional, personable, and discreet with a can-do attitude.
  • Adaptable and composed when priorities shift.
  • Full UK driving licence required.

Pay & Benefits:

  • Salary: Up to £36,000 per annum (depending on experience).
  • Hours: 40 hours per week (flexible for the right candidate). Primarily Monday to Friday, with occasional evenings/weekends during peak periods.
