ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Approach - Maintain an enthusiastic, engaged, and passionate approach to specialty coffee, food and great service, with the ability to cope under pressure.
- Quality – Ensure that the customer receives excellent customer service every single visit, follow customer service standards
- Cleanliness - Ensure the café and it’s attached areas maintains the highest levels of cleanliness, organisation and hygiene at all times.
- Service – Being able to manage a section, work alongside a team.
- Training – Attend all relevant trainings and stay up to date.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
- Positive attitude and hands-on approach
- Experience with high volume
- Excellent customer service
- Confidence and self-motivation
