An opportunity for care assistants/ support workers who would like to work nights to work with a leading provider of residential care homes in the South and East of England offering person-centred support to adults with learning disabilities.
Requirements
- Able to pass DBS check - Excellent Verbal and Written skills - Flexible attitude towards working hours - Right to work in the UK
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- To respect the dignity and individuality of each resident and provide the residents with choices - To support in ensuring high standards of care and support are maintained - To work as part of a staff team in a constructive and supportive manner - To ensure the safety of the residents at all times, reporting promptly any concerns - To be aware of the emotional needs and aspirations of each resident and provide opportunities for appropriate emotional expression
Salary & Benefits
- Full training provided, no experience required - Full time positions of 36-48 hours a week (shift work as part of a rota) - Pay rate of £7.50 per hour
